Supplier-Verified Warranty & Care

• Australian residential wear warranty: 33 years for qualifying surface wear-through, subject to manufacturer terms (a minimum 5% of the floor area).
• Structural: Limited lifetime warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects; moisture-induced cupping, timber movement and installation defects are not automatically covered.
• Water: ReadyFlor Herringbone is not included in the manufacturer's 15-year wet-warranty table. This timber range is not suitable for wet rooms or installation over underfloor heating or cooling; tongue-and-groove planks are designed for professional glue-down installation. Quick-Step's current Blackbutt Herringbone product page explicitly lists floor heating/cooling as not compatible.
• Installation and maintenance: Assess moisture, flatness, humidity and manufacturer-approved installation method. Promptly wipe spills and follow the relevant timber maintenance guide.
