Supplier-Verified Warranty & Care

• Australian residential wear warranty: 33 years for qualifying surface wear-through, subject to the manufacturer's conditions (at least 5% of the floor area).
• Structural: Limited lifetime warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects; natural timber movement, cupping and installation-related moisture issues are not automatically covered.
• Water: This range is not included in the Australian 15-year wet-warranty table. Surface & Edge Protect+ should not be interpreted as making it suitable for wet rooms.
• Care and installation: Follow the series-specific manufacturer installation guide; assess subfloor, expansion clearances and humidity. Natural timber requires prompt spill removal and suitable regular cleaning.
