Verified Warranty & Care (Australia)

• Residential wear: 33-year limited residential wear warranty for qualifying wear-through to the HDF core; not a guarantee against all scratches, chips or dents.
• Wet warranty: 15 years with a 72-hour water clean-up condition. Remove spills as soon as practical; flooding, appliance failures and improper installation or maintenance are excluded from this manufacturer warranty.
• 15-year All Pet Warranty: Limited cover for qualifying pet scratches and stains. Accidents must be cleaned immediately upon discovery; prolonged exposure and associated swelling are excluded. This pet warranty covers replacement board materials, not labour.
• Room suitability: Quick-Step laminate must be installed as a floating floor. Kitchens may be suitable with the prescribed installation. Bathrooms and laundries require a site-specific assessment of moisture exposure, perimeter sealing, drainage and applicable Australian waterproofing requirements; a water-repellent surface does not replace compliant wet-area waterproofing. The manufacturer does not recommend installation in persistently damp spaces or rooms with built-in floor drains, such as showers, pool areas and saunas.
• Underfloor heating: Compatible with correctly designed low-temperature systems, with a maximum floor contact temperature of 27°C and suitable underlay.
• Maintenance: Vacuum and use a slightly damp microfiber mop with suitable Quick-Step cleaner; avoid prolonged standing water.
