    I had them install vinyl planks at my Iiving room a year ago. The price was way more competitive than any floor shops I got quote from. The team was very professional and efficient had absolutely no issues through out the whole process. One year on the planks still look new very good quality. They did a fantastic job with the installation looking after all the details and finished within a day. Even worked on a Sunday so we could have the floor in before xmas. Can’t recommend them enough!

    Warning this company and Max the owner is happy to turn up after an install however has very poor communication. Be very careful what they install as they sell one thing but instal sub-quality cheap underlay contrary to Quickstep standards.
    Standard of finish is very poor, failing to fit scotia edging correctly leaving gaps and poor finish
    When asked for review total ghosting of client!
    Stay well clear... complaints to Quickstep being lodged as product is very good but poor installation is a very big concern $11,500 and so NOT worth it!
    Be wary a lot of 5Star reviews seem to be from family and friends

    A couple years ago we got Ken, Max and the team to install some hybrid flooring in our house and again engaged them to do the bedrooms in ones of our properties.

    I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough. They are punctual, polite and very professional and i have been extremely impressed with them for both of our jobs. They worked with us and put themselves out to help us get floors done before Christmas a couple years ago after we had issues with another installer.

    I have recommended them to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to go with the team for any future works. I don’t even bother getting quotes anywhere else these days. The workers who came and completed the floors were true professionals, hard working, efficient and overall elite with their skills.

    Recently, just before the Holidays, a short time before a tenant was contracted to move in, the managing agents left balcony doors to my apartment open after an inspection, just before a tumultuous storm. All the dining, living, kitchen and hallway parquetry - which was SO beautiful - had to be replaced in a very short time. Fortunately I was directed to probably the only people who could have helped me in quick time with the correct product: Ken Timberland of Your Rugs and Flooring and his expert, punctual and friendly team of flooring guys. The result was even better than the original, as we used waterproof composite bonded vinyl planks: the floors look better than they ever have! I don't recall ever being so impressed, and in my 74 years I've had quite a lot of coverings installed in various properties. Thank you SO much, Ken and team!
