Cancelling an Order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible on (07) 3800 5666 or send an email to info@rugsflooring.com.au  You will get a full refund within 3 working days if the item you ordered has not been dispatched. If the item has already left our warehouse, please send it back to us unopened and we will refund your money less any shipping charges as soon we receive it.
