Warranty, moisture and everyday use

The supplier specifies a 2–3mm quality underlay with a moisture barrier greater than SD75 (or equivalent described requirements) and a flat, dry substrate; it advises additional slab moisture protection where appropriate. Neither the bamboo hardness value nor the plywood core makes a wet-room floor automatically suitable. No unsupported AC classification or waterproof claim should appear. Supplier states in-slab hydronic heating only.

Before installation

Use the range-specific Unilin click floating instructions; assess slab relative humidity, clean/level substrates, a 2–3mm compatible underlay with a suitable moisture barrier, perimeter expansion and acclimatisation. Do not install in high moisture areas without manufacturer approval and compliant construction.
