Initiate your order process by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button under your selected item and our system will guide you step by step through this easy, simple and safe process.

Cancelling an Order
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible on (07) 3800 5666 or send an email to sales@rugsflooring.com.au You will get a full refund within 3 working days if the item you ordered has not been dispatched. If the item has already left our warehouse, please send it back to us unopened and we will refund your money less any shipping charges as soon we receive it. Ways to pay
Credit Card – online: We are happy to accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
Credit Card - by phone: If you would prefer to pay over the phone, please feel free to call us on (07) 3800 5666 and we will process the payment with you step by step. It is a very easy and safe process. Please have your order number and card ready when you call. Please note that a 1.5% surcharge may apply.
