Regency Eco-Smart is very well suited to today’s open plan living which has inspired the need for a seamless design throughout the home to create a desired look and feel. Using select grade timber, our Regency Eco-Smart Range has a knot allowance of up to 20mm, and a sap content of up to 10%. Filled defects and trace amounts of the heartwood are expected in this grade allowing for a natural, contemporary look for your entire floor.
